3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Own or legally manage short-term rental properties
Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration and Security

5.2 Your Responsibilities

Inform guests that calls will be handled by an AI service and may be recorded
5.3 Information Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all property information provided to our AI system. We are not liable for guest issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
6. Guest Communications and Call Recording
6.1 Call Handling
Our AI voice concierge will:
Answer guest calls 24/7
Provide information based on your property details
Handle routine inquiries and support requests
Escalate urgent matters according to your preferences
6.2 Call Recording and Consent
All guest calls are recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement. You represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to have guest calls recorded
You will comply with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction
You will provide any required notice to guests regarding call recording
You will obtain any necessary consent from guests where required by law
6.3 Recording Compliance
You acknowledge that call recording laws vary by jurisdiction, including two-party consent states in the US and GDPR requirements in the EU. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
7. Limitations of AI Service
7.1 Service Capabilities
While our AI voice concierge is designed to handle most guest inquiries, you acknowledge that:
AI technology has inherent limitations and may not always provide perfect responses
Complex, unusual, or emergency situations may require human intervention
The AI relies on the information you provide and cannot access external systems unless integrated
Service performance depends on call quality, guest communication clarity, and network conditions
7.2 No Emergency Response
Our Service is not designed for emergency response. You must:
Provide guests with direct emergency contact numbers
Include emergency procedures in your property information
Respond promptly to escalated urgent matters
Maintain alternative communication methods for critical situations
7.3 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that our Service will:
Prevent all negative guest reviews
Resolve all guest complaints
Achieve specific guest satisfaction ratings
Generate any particular business outcomes
8. Fees and Payment
8.1 Service Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service plan. Fees may include:
Monthly subscription fees
Setup or onboarding fees
Per-call or per-minute usage fees
Additional feature or integration fees
8.2 Billing and Payment Terms
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected
Payment is due immediately upon invoice
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
8.3 Price Changes

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS
DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE
DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR SERVICES
16.3 Applicability
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyBNB.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

You may not use or export the Service in violation of US export laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to US embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable.
23. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
